On June 24th Oracle reported a Q4 GAAP EPS of $0.46, Revenue up 39%, and Net Income Up 25%. "We executed better than expected on the top and bottom line," said Oracle CFO, Jeff Epstein. This includes the $1.2 billion in quarterly sales of Sun systems hardware. "We continue to take large chunks of market share away from SAP," said Oracle President, Charles Phillips.

In addition, Oracle's Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share to be paid to stock holders of record as of July 14th, 2010. Click to view this pair.
